Rainbow Wind Sock

Tried it directly from a flag staff off a balcony but it wrapped around the staff in the slightest breeze. Dropped it from about 2 feet of light chain and now it dances and fights the wind in front of our living-room window. We've had many fish wind socks in the past 40 years but this is the most fun.
