He is editor-at-large for Angling Trade. He has also contributed a great many fishing-related stories to magazines including Field & Stream, Outdoor Life, Fly Fisherman, Flyfishing in Salt Waters, Southwest Fly Fishing, The Drake, & many others. He lives in Golden, Colorado.
Kirk Deeter is an editor-at-large for Field & Stream magazine & co-editor of its Fly Talk weblog. He is also the editor-in-chief of Angling Trade & senior editor of the Flyfish Journal.
